שגרירות יפן מתחילה תהליך בחירת המועמדים למלגה של מקסט, מלגה של שנה ללימודי שפה יפנית ותרבות.

שימו לב:

התוכנית המלגה זו מיועדת רק לסטודנטים בתואר ראשון שלומדים בחוגים ללימודי אסיה/מזרח אסיה באוניברסיטאות.

וגם, מיכוון שלאחר הלימודים ביפן חייבים לחזור ללימודיהם בתואר ראשון, התוכנית מיועדת בעיקר לסטודנטים בשנה השנייה בתואר ראשון.

-          מועד אחרון להגשת הטספים:  28 בינואר, 2021.

(רק ידנית ולא בדואר. צריך לקבוע תור מראש במייל על הגעת המגישים לשגרירות)

-          הסטודנטים שרוצים להגיש מועמדות לתוכנית זו, חייבים לענות לכמה שאלות על תנאי הקבלה ששאלנו במודעה שלנו באתר. מי שישלח מייל ללא תשובות, לא יקבל מענה.

Dear Japanese language teachers / Lecturers / Secretariats of the departments of  Asian Studies & East Asian Studies / IAJS office / AMAI,

Embassy of Japan in Israel is pleased to announce that the Embassy starts candidates selection process for "MEXT 2021 Japanese Studies Student Scholarship Program".

Scholarship period is 1 year from September / October 2021, and grantees of this scholarship will study Japanese language, society, culture etc., in 1 year special courses at Japanese universities - after 1 year studies they will come back to Israel in August / September 2022, and will continue their BA studies in their own Israeli universities.

Important Note:

In some circumstances such as travel restrictions or curfew due to Covid-19 situation, there are possibilities that the selection process will be cancelled or applicants will not be able to go to Japan even after being selected as scholarship students.

Deadline for submitting applications to the Embassy is: Thursday, January 28, 2021

Special Notice about "Academic Background":

Applicants must satisfy the following 3 conditions.

a.         Must be currently undergraduate student at Israeli universities, both at the time of arriving in Japan and leaving Japan.

b.         Majoring in fields related to the Japanese language and/or Japanese culture. On the other hand, those who are majoring in fields of study other than Japanese language & culture (such as engineering, economics, agricultural science, architecture, and art) and pursuing complementary studies in Japanese language & culture are ineligible.

c.         Have studied the Japanese Studies at a university for a total period of 1 year or more as of September 1, 2020. Those who have studied Japanese Studies at another university should submit documents (transcript of grades at another university, etc.) which can verify that the applicant has studied Japanese Studies for a total period of 1 year or more at the attended universities including current university.
